It seems that it was only yesterday that I was running out of the school gates at 3pm and heading home to play the next two days away. But as time has moved on and I have grown to have children of my own, I have realised that time speeds up as you age. The weekends you have planned in your diary come round faster each month and before you know it, years have ticked by. So I am spending as much time as I can - recording, photographing and preserving the most precious two days of the week.
